We buy them
Once you accept the final offer, we pay by bank transfer. We cover the collection and shipping costs.
Units with no resale value
Free collection
We collect old and broken units free of charge, and erase their data for free.
※ Courier shipments are accepted freight collect (we pay the carrier on delivery) only after a quote and our instructions. If no unit in the shipment has resale value, you pay the shipping (collection and data erasure remain free). Freight-collect parcels sent without our instructions cannot be accepted.

Tell us the models, quantity and condition by form or phone. We reply with an estimated offer and how to hand the units over.
- STEP 02
Collection
In Kanto we come to your location. Elsewhere, ship the units by courier as we instruct.
- STEP 03
Inspection & final offer
We inspect every unit on arrival and confirm the final offer.
- STEP 04
Data erasure & payment
We erase the data free of charge once you approve the asset list, and pay by bank transfer once you accept the final offer.
From collection to inspection and data erasure, you can check progress online at any time.
Free data erasure, never before your approval
We erase the data on every unit we buy or collect, free of charge. Erasure starts only after you approve the asset list, and every unit is logged. A Certificate of Data Erasure (PDF) is available for a fee, quoted in advance.

Buyback
We buy the units ourselves. Once the offer is confirmed and you accept it, we pay by bank transfer. Best when you want to dispose of them quickly and with certainty.
Consignment sales
We sell on your behalf, choosing buyers from domestic and overseas channels. After the sale, we transfer the proceeds minus our service fee.
