In the Kanto region (Tokyo and six prefectures) we come to your location; from the rest of Japan we accept shipments by courier. We work from our Head Office and Technical Center in Koshigaya, Saitama.
Kanto (Tokyo + 6 prefectures)
On-site pickup
We come to the location you specify. Besides offices, we also work at data centers and remove servers and network equipment from racks and carry them out.
Outside Kanto
Ship by courier
Ship your equipment by courier after a quote, as we instruct. For buyback we pay the shipping (freight collect). Freight-collect parcels sent without our instructions cannot be accepted.

- A.For buyback we pay the shipping. We accept freight-collect shipments after a quote and our instructions.

- A.Yes, we work at data centers in the Kanto region. Please talk to us in advance about access procedures and working hours.
