Whole-lot assessment
We buy them
We assess every unit, old and broken ones included, and make an offer. Once you accept the final offer, we pay by bank transfer. We cover the collection and shipping costs.
If nothing has resale value
Manufacturer take-back
If none of the units has resale value, we cannot take them. We will point you to the PC manufacturers’ take-back services for businesses.
※ Courier shipments are accepted freight collect (we pay the carrier on delivery) only after a quote and our instructions. For large equipment or many units in the Kanto region, we will arrange on-site pickup instead. Freight-collect parcels sent without our instructions cannot be accepted.

In the Kanto region, we remove servers and network equipment from racks and carry them out ourselves.
Work at data centers
We also come to data centers in the Kanto region. Please talk to us in advance about access procedures and permitted working hours.
Every drive erased and logged
Drives in servers, NAS and SAN are erased one by one, RAID arrays included, and each is logged.
Network settings initialized
We initialize the settings left on switches, routers and firewalls, such as IP addresses and passwords, and keep a record.

Free quote
Tell us the models, quantity and where the equipment is installed (rack, data center, etc.). We reply with an estimated offer and how we will remove and collect it.
- STEP 02
Removal & collection
In Kanto we come to your location, remove the equipment from the racks and carry it out. Elsewhere, ship it by courier as we instruct.
- STEP 03
Inspection & final offer
We inspect every unit on arrival and confirm the final offer.
- STEP 04
Data erasure & payment
Once you approve the asset list, we erase every drive and initialize network settings, then pay by bank transfer once you accept the final offer.
From collection to inspection and data erasure, you can check progress online at any time.
Free data erasure, never before your approval
We erase the drives in every unit we buy, free of charge. Erasure starts only after you approve the asset list, and every drive is logged. A Certificate of Data Erasure (PDF) is available for a fee, quoted in advance.

Consignment sales

- Q.Can we request this while the equipment is still in the rack?
- A.Yes. In the Kanto region, we remove the equipment from the racks and carry it out ourselves. Just tell us where it is installed and how many units there are.
- Q.Can you work at our data center?
- A.Yes, we come to data centers in the Kanto region. We arrange access requests and working hours in advance to fit the data center’s rules.
- Q.How do you erase data on RAID storage?
- A.We erase each drive one by one and log it with its serial number. Drives that cannot be erased by software are physically destroyed instead, with your approval.
- Q.What happens to the settings on network equipment?
- A.Settings such as IP addresses and passwords remain on the device, so we initialize them before reuse and keep a record of it.
- Q.Can you assess old equipment that is out of maintenance?
- A.Yes, whatever the age and with or without a maintenance contract. If none of the units has resale value, we cannot take them, and will point you to the PC and server manufacturers’ take-back services for businesses.
- Q.Can you issue a Certificate of Data Erasure?
